“While I was working at Clean Planet, I worked as a duty manager in one of the leading hotels in the city center. Time management was the most important key aspect for me to perform my business and perform smoothly. To grow my business, I started to hire more staff every quarter and took myself out of the service and started managing the business” states Nelson.
Even though cleaning experience was not a criterion in becoming a Franchisee owner in Clean Planet, before starting as Clean Planet’s Commercial Cleaning Franchisee Business Owner in Auckland Nelson had worked for one of the cleaning companies in Auckland and that helped him gain relevant experience in cleaning services.
“I perform all the commercial contracts and all my commercial clients are easy-going and communication is simple. They truly admire Clean Planet’s service”. Nelson in his interview told us that his studies helped him deal with clients, communicate and take timely action and meet the needs of his clients. However, Nelson was of the opinion that Clean Planet helped him to grow. Helped in owning and running the largest earning franchisee business in Northshore.
