Tatiana Chernysh and Alex Muir from Hawke’s Bay have been awarded Clean Planet’s Franchisee of the Month nationwide for December 2020.

“Tatiana has been a Clean Planet franchisee for 9 years. She was the first franchisee in Hawke’s Bay and the first franchisee in a region outside of Auckland,” says Nicola Moore – Operations Manager for Hawke’s Bay. “Tatiana’s partner Alex has been helping her for the past 6 years, and, they make a wonderful team.”
“During the floods in Napier their house got damaged by a slip, and they have been in temporary accommodation staying with family since then. During this time, Tatiana has continued to give her clients the same excellent service they know they can expect from her.”
Says Nicola, “I asked Tatiana why she thinks she has been so successful as a Clean Planet franchisee? She said that her main focus is to consistently give her clients a really high-quality standard of cleaning and that she takes a lot of pride in her work knowing her clients are happy.”
